Anderson Composites has expanded its product line of Gen 6 Camaro parts to include an all-new carbon fiber upper grille for the 2017-2018 ZL1 and ZL1 1LE models. This grille, is a direct replacement of the factory ZL1 unit and mounts in the OE front bumper with OE hardware.
In-house engineers simulated the factory ZL1 look with a geometric design. The grille features a rigid honeycomb mesh on the back, which can be removed if desired. The core of the grille is made of high quality 3k, 2×2 carbon fiber twill cloth and high-grade marine resin with UV inhibitor. The result is a proper fitting component with a high luster finish. The attention to detail is apparent with an added tab for the factory ZL1 emblem placement on the driver side.
In addition, Anderson Composites has released 2 new carbon fiber rear diffuser styles, the Type-LE and the Type-AZ.

Anderson Composites has stepped up the game and now offers a carbon fiber OE hood for the 2018 Dodge Demon. This carbon fiber hood is an aftermarket replacement component that was molded from an original Demon hood to ensure proper fit and functionality. The aggressive, wide front hood scoop is dimensionally the same as the factory hood and allows air to enter the “Air Grabber” air box located in the engine compartment.
This Demon hood is offered in two versions: VIP and dry carbon fiber. The vacuum infused process (VIP) hood is made of high quality 3k, 2×2 carbon fiber twill fabric and high-grade marine resin with UV inhibitors for an excellent fabric-to-resin ratio. These hoods are durable and have a high-luster show quality finish. The VIP carbon fiber hood weighs approximately 27.5 lbs. The dry carbon fiber hood is made by a different process utilizing pre-impregnated carbon fiber fabric and an autoclave. The material is coated with an appropriate amount of resin which optimizes its strength and limits the amount of resin which reduces the overall weight. The fabric is laid into a mold, vacuum sealed and placed in an autoclave to cure at a high temperature and extreme pressure. The result is a rigid, lightweight hood with a matte finish. The dry carbon fiber Demon hood weighs approximately 20 lbs. These hoods will fit 2008-14 Dodge Challenger with minor windshield washer modifications and also 2015-18 Challenger and Hellcat. Both carbon fiber hoods weigh less than the 30 lb. factory unit.

Widebody Kit:
2008-2018 Dodge Challenger: Reducing weight from any late model muscle car usually focuses on the doors. Anderson Composites has successfully met that demand by offering carbon fiber Challenger doors in two versions. The vacuum infused process (VIP) or dry carbon fiber reduces the OE door weight by at least 30+ lbs. per door. In addition to these items, a dry carbon fiber decklid and roof are also available for even more weight reduction. The dry carbon fiber utilizes pre-impregnated resin in the fabric, which reduces the amount of resin needed to make the component. The part is then placed in an autoclave where extreme pressure and high temperature cure the component thus making it lighter and more durable. The dry carbon fiber component retains a matte finish. The carbon fiber doors, decklid and roof fit in the factory locations with the OE hardware (where applicable) for the best fit and finish.
2018 Demon/Hellcat Widebody: Anderson Composites is excited to introduce new carbon fiber hoods, front chin splitter, grille, fenders/flares, rocker panels, rear valance and unique rear spoiler to the Dodge product line. “We’re expanding our Dodge products to meet the growing requests from our end users and we’re seeing huge interest within the Hellcat community”, states Zach Bohn, Brand Manager. The Demon OE hood, doors and decklid will be available with vacuum infused process (VIP) or dry carbon fiber for more weight reduction. Carbon fiber widebody components offer more options to owners who may want certain trim pieces to complement the factory body colors. The widebody rear valance accommodates the factory backup sensors and wiring harness and requires no drilling. All of these body components will fit to the factory locations with OE hardware.
All VIP carbon fiber parts are made of high quality 3k, 2×2 carbon fiber twill fabric and high-grade marine resin with UV inhibitors. The vacuum infusion process provides the best fabric-to-resin ratio which results with the best fitment and finish. Anderson Composites uses the latest dry carbon fiber technology to develop a new replacement roof for the 2014-2018 Ford Focus. This dry carbon fiber roof is a direct aftermarket replacement component that was molded from an original factory Ford Focus RS roof to ensure a proper fit. Roofs are compatible for 2014-2018 Focus ST, SE and Titanium hatchback along with 2016-2018 Focus RS.
Dry carbon fiber has a higher tensile strength and is lighter in weight than standard vacuum-infused carbon fiber. Our dry carbon fiber has pre-impregnated resin within the high-quality 3k, 2×2 fabric. When the part is subjected to the high temperature and pressure inside an autoclave, the part changes its structural properties and becomes more rigid. The added rigidity becomes a benefit when added to a vehicle’s roof, which endures lateral forces in all directions when in motion. This component is a replacement part, not a “cap” or a simple “overlay”. This replacement roof panel weighs approximately 16.5 lbs. which is significantly less compared to the 27 lb. steel factory unit. The addition of this roof along with our carbon fiber doors and rear hatch reduces even more weight and makes a better handling Focus for any track.

Anderson Composites is expanding its Focus product line to now include carbon fiber doors for the
popular 2016 – 2018 RS model. These carbon fiber doors are aftermarket replacement components that were molded from original factory Ford Focus RS doors to ensure proper fit and functionality.
The Focus RS motorsport enthusiast will lose an approximate 70 lbs. when replacing the stock doors with our carbon fiber units. The centralized weight loss between the front and rear wheels will reduce the center-of-gravity, thus giving the car more stability on the track with better acceleration and braking. The addition of these off-highway only doors along with our carbon fiber hood, roof and rear hatch reduce more weight and make these vehicles more competitive at any event. Anderson Composites is excited to introduce a new duo of components for the 2018-2019 Ford
Mustang. The Type-ST front fenders and bumper offer a more aggressive appearance for this S550 platform. Each of these new items integrate carbon fiber and fiberglass into one complete component. The fenders are mainly constructed of fiberglass with the side vent being made of carbon fiber. The totally redesigned front fenders are 0.9 inches wider than the stock units and are made to fit the Anderson Composites Type-ST front bumper for a complete installation. Fenders mount to the Mustang body in the factory locations for the best fitment with OE hardware.
The Type-ST front bumper is also a completely new design constructed of fiberglass and features a carbon fiber upper grille insert. The bumper includes functional vertical side vents that channel air into the Type-ST fenders. A newly designed carbon fiber front detachable chin splitter is also included with this front bumper. The combination of the fenders, chin splitter and bumper give a more aggressive appearance for any Mustang. These fenders and bumper are compatible with applicable year Anderson Composites carbon fiber hoods and factory Mustang hoods.

Anderson Composites is expanding its Raptor product line to now include a wider carbon fiber front fender and rear flare for the popular 2017 – 2018 Gen 2 Raptor. These carbon fiber front fenders feature a new design that incorporates an extended 5” flare that is seamlessly molded to a shorter-than-stock Raptor style fender. The height measures 2” up from the OE position. These fenders feature a removable side vent and are also compatible with a factory or Anderson Composites carbon fiber Raptor hood.
The rear fender flares extend 2” from the truck bed wall and have an inner wheel well opening of 39-1/2” at the widest point. Fender flare mounting locations are the same as the factory for ease of installation and fitment with the OE hardware. The fenders and flares are made of high quality 3k, 2×2 carbon fiber twill fabric and high-grade marine resin with UV inhibitor and mount to the factory locations with the OE hardware for optimal fitment.
